Obtained from Sangiovese grapes only. After nine months in steel tanks, bottle-ageing in temperature-controlled rooms.

Fruity notes reminiscent of undergrowth and ripe cherries accompanied by a delicate sensation of violets; savoury. Accompanies first courses with tomato and meat sauce; recommended on sheep and pork meats and veal stews.

Serving temperature: 16°C.
